About

The Office of Diversity, Culture, and Inclusion in partnership with the Office of Student Affairs offers a robust peer mentorship program for underrepresented students including those who self-identify as first-generation students, students of color, and their allies. Incoming students are paired with mentors (many who were prior R.I.S.E. mentees) to ease the transition into their graduate program. Through guided conversations, community experiences, and leadership development workshops both mentors and mentees are given opportunities to build Resilience in an Inclusive environment, experience Solidarity, and Empower themselves during their time at the Mailman School.

Questions about the program can be directed to Diamond Jackson, Program Coordinator, Office of Diversity Culture and Inclusion.
