Gender, Adolescent Transitions, and Environment (GATE) is dedicated to improving the lives of adolescents and women around the world through addressing issues related to pubertal health transitions, menstrual hygiene management (MHM), and access to sanitation.
The Region 2 Public Health Training Center

Energy, Equity, Housing and Health Program
The Energy Equity, Housing and Health (E2H2) Program focuses on the study of housing and household energy as social and environmental determinants of health. Founded and led by Dr. Diana Hernández, E2H2 has produced a robust body of work ranging from foundational research on the concept of energy insecurity to the evaluation of various interventions and policies at the housing and community level.
