Product We first identify those social and health policies that experts believe can significantly address risk factors for poor health and premature death. Audience GRAPH seeks to provide various organizations with the tools that they need to “fix” population health problems. Work So Far We are presently working on the Earned Income Tax Credit, Vision Zero, and Nurse Family Partnership models. Business Plan GRAPH looks at innovative public health policies and presents the information to policymakers in the simplest and clearest way possible.
