Directions
By car: From the intersection of Broadway and 173rd Street, go west on 173rd Street for two blocks until it dead-ends at Haven Avenue. Make a left onto Haven Avenue. The AMDD offices are located at 60 Haven Avenue, directly across from 169th Street. Depending on time of day and street signage, street parking may be available within a four block radius. Alternate-side parking rules apply throughout the area. Additionally, the New York-Presbyterian Hospital Parking Garage is open to Columbia University Medical Center (CUMC) visitors, and is located at 165th Street and Fort Washington Avenue (valet service optional). By subway: Take the A, C, or 1 train to the 168th Street stop. Exit by the token booth at Broadway & 168th Street. Walk west on 168th Street and cross Fort Washington Avenue. 168th Street will become Haven Avenue (the street will curve sharply to the right). The AMDD offices are located at 60 Haven Avenue, directly across from 169th Street.
By bus: The M3, M4, M5, M100, and Bx7 all make stops at or near the intersection of Broadway and 168th Street.
Entering the Building
Enter the building at 60 Haven Avenue. Walk all the way to the back of the building, past the security guard, towards the large glass windows. Take the last possible right and follow the wood-panelled hallway into the atrium.
Enter through the door marked Heilbrunn Department of Population and Family Health, proceed to the end of the corridor, turn left into the glass vestibule and take the elevator down one floor to B3. The entrance to the AMDD offices will be immediately to your left when you exit the elevator.
