Biography

Yuna S.H. Lee, PhD, MPH, is an Assistant Professor of Health Policy and Management. Her research focuses on how health care organizations can learn, improve, and innovate by fostering creativity from clinicians, staff, and patients. She integrates health services research and organizational behavior to address central challenges facing the health care delivery system, including the need for creative ideas to transform health care delivery, engaging patients as partners in their care experience, and elevating the emotional experience of work for the health care workforce. Professor Lee teaches Managerial and Organizational Behavior in the Masters of Health Administration program. She holds an MPH and PhD from the Yale School of Public Health, and has experience working in public health departments, academic medical centers, consultancies and research think tanks, in New York City and internationally.
