Dr. Marlyn Delva is the associate dean of Student Affairs and the dean of Students. In her role, she oversees student services from admissions to graduation and develops co-curricular programs to enhance the student experience. As part of the School's leadership team, Dr. Delva also serves as the co-lead for the design and establishment of student field placement opportunities locally and globally. This includes acting as co-director of two placement sites that focus on an interdisciplinary approach to public health in the Dominican Republic and France. Dr. Delva's research explores the areas of health disparities, specifically issues of access to health services and the impact of societal structures as these relate to populations of Caribbean descent.
