Global HIV Implementation Science

We will have openings for pre-doctoral Fellows beginning September 1, 2024. Pre-doctoral fellows are eligible if they are doctoral students accepted or enrolled in a doctoral program in the Department of Epidemiology at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.

With support from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), ICAP has established the Global HIV Implementation Science Research Training Fellowship to prepare pre- and postdoctoral individuals for careers as independently-funded researchers and for leadership in global HIV implementation research. Predoctoral fellows are supported for a maximum of three years, and postdoctoral fellows are supported for a maximum of two years. This fellowship is part of ICAP’s Next Generation Program, a multidisciplinary training initiative that provides students with hands-on training opportunities in New York and around the world.
