Graduation Requirements

In order to graduate from the Mailman School of Public Health, a degree candidate must:

Successfully complete all degree requirements by the graduation date for which she/he is applying.
Owe no outstanding debt to Columbia University
Submit two forms: the Application for Degree or Certificate and the MPH Graduation Checklist or MS Graduation Checklist.

Graduation Application Schedule

Degrees are awarded three times a year (October, February, and May). One ceremony (Commencement) is held in May for all three graduate dates.
