Need a quick refresher in basic math, pre-alegbra and/or algebra? Two optional Math Review sessions can help you to re-familiarize yourself with mathematical skills and concepts that you are likely to use in your Introduction to Biostatistics core course (P6103). A self-test is available for each session to help you determine whether you should attend either or both sessions of the Math Review here: self test day 1 & self test day 2.

Students should only consider attending after reviewing self-test instructions and taking the self-tests. The Math Review is in no way related to any placement or waiver exam for the core course.  Doctoral students and students taking P6104 should not attend these sessions.  Session I takes place Wednesday, August 31, 9:00 am – 11:00 am and Session II, covering more advanced topics, takes place Thursday, September 1, 9:00 am – 11:00 am.
