The Mailman School community lost a colleague and student, Cinthya Felix, on Saturday, May 15th. Cinthya died in a tragic car accident along with her long-time friend and Brown University student, Tam Tran.
Cinthya was a student in the Department of Sociomedical Sciences pursuing her MPH degree in the Health Promotion track. She was to have graduated this week.
In memory of Cinthya, the School will host a memorial service on Friday, May 21st at 4pm. This will take place in the Allan Rosenfield Building (ARB) at 722 West 168th Street. A reception will follow in the ARB.
