Career Day

Date/Time: Takes place once in the Fall and Spring. The Spring 2011 Career Day takes place Monday, March 21 from 11:00-3:00 p.m.

Location: The Armory (216 Ft. Washington Avenue  - northeast corner of 168th Street and Ft. Washington Avenue). Look for the directional signs in the lobby.

  1. Who from the Mailman School should attend?

    First year students seeking information about summer internships and/or post-graduate opportunities. Second year students graduating in February. May and October.

  3. Will all employers send job descriptions prior to Career Day?
    [+]

    A few employers will do so. Others will bring descriptions with them. Others will not have any descriptions, since they are recruiting for a wide range of opportunities and want to gauge if there is a general match before talking with you about specific opportunities. All descriptions received will be available via OCS Announcements within a week of the event.

    Yes, our employers need to know how many are expected to attend to insure they send enough materials and also to gauge the interest of Mailman students. Employers make decisions about which schools to target based on early expressions of interest, attendance at the event and the numbers of students who interact with them. RSVP link.
