Reserving Rooms at Mailman
The Mailman School uses RobinPowered Room Reservation Software to book classrooms, conference rooms, events spaces, and short-term desks in our buildings. Mailman School Faculty, staff and students can access the Robin application using their MS 365 Online email credentials here: Robin (robinpowered.com).

Reserving Hess Commons
Hess Commons is a large, multi-purpose space located in the Allan Rosenfield Building on the Columbia University Medical Center campus. While everyone in the Mailman School Community can request a reservation to use Hess Commons for an event, class or meeting, all initial booking requests and any request modifications must be approved by the following room administrators: 

Dora Gonzalez: Handles requests from academic departments, faculty and staff
Anya MacLachlan or Estela Vallejo: Handles requests from student organizations
Emily Parkington: Handles the booking of all classes in Hess Commons

Reserving the Mailman Auditorium
Mailman 8th floor auditorium provides stadium style seating and multi media equipment for about 125 people.  It is located at 722 West 168th Street in the Allan Rosenfield Building on the Columbia University Medical Center campus. Like Hess Commons, everyone at Mailman can request a reservation to use the auditorium,  but all initial booking requests and any request modifications must be approved by the room administrator below. Likewise if someone outside of Mailman wants to use the room. 

Dora Gonzalez: Handles requests from academic departments, faculty and staff and anyone outside of Mailman looking to rent the space.


To Book
Hess Commons and our Auditorium are booked via the School's Robin Room Reservation system, which can be found here: Robin (robinpowered.com). Simply use your CUIMC email credentials to access the system. Once your booking request is reviews by an administrator and approved/denied, you will receive a confirmation email.
