Please follow the guidelines found in our identity standards manual. It is extremely important to follow the standards and templates when generating any materials for your department, center, or program. Please be sure that temporary staff, consultants, graduate students, vendors, or others are provided with the appropriate instructions and the School’s logo standards manual before beginning work on any collateral materials generation.
If you need an electronic file of our logo for any project, please contact Anne Foulke in the Office of Communications. Please let her know which file you need (refer to the choices in the standards manual) and in which file format (eps or jpg).
All Mailman School stationery materials (business cards, letterhead, envelopes, labels, and buck slips/pads) can be ordered through University Printing Services online system or by calling (212) 854-3233. Please contact the Office of Communications with any special situations.
The School's PowerPoint template has been redesigned and is available here. Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, please save the PowerPoint file to your desktop before opening it.
Because electronic communication is a critical communications vehicle, we have developed a Word letterhead template for people at the School to use when sending our letterhead via email. However, these Word templates should not be printed from personal computers and used in place of formal, printed letterhead. In order to maintain a level of consistency and professionalism across the School, it is important to have letterhead that is made to a specific set of standards - paper and exact colors and fonts (which can vary by personal computer and printer).
Please access the Word letterhead template. Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, please save the Word file to your desktop before opening it.
The Office of Communications orders Mailman School folders in bulk so as to reduce the price per piece. Folders can be ordered in groups of 50 by contacting Anne Foulke in the Office of Communications at 342-5312 and providing an account number.
