Epidemiology

MS Degree Track - Epidemiology

Enabling students to gain a command of the major concepts and techniques of epidemiology and a grounding in biostatistics, it is intended for professionals possessing another terminal graduate-level degree in a related field. The MS in Epidemiology is a research degree, usually undertaken part-time by individuals who have another graduate or professional degree in a related discipline such as an MD, DDS, DO, MSN or PhD. The program is designed to offer students training in the concepts and research methods of epidemiology; graduates of the program usually go on to become independent researchers.
