
As part of its effort to assist and promote the careers of junior faculty members, the Mailman School of Public Health is participating in the ongoing
Junior Faculty Development Series sponsored by the Office of the Executive Vice President for Health & Biomedical Sciences, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and the Office of Academic Affairs of the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Launched in the fall, the monthly series is providing a significant opportunity for CUMC junior faculty members to build their skills, receive support in their career development efforts, and form a community of individuals at a similar career stage. Mailman School faculty have played an integral role in the program as both expert and attendees.
In addition to providing a significant number of junior faculty participants, Mailman School members also played keys roles as speakers and panelists investigating important topics that formed the basis of the series.
