MPH Program for Students Entering By Fall 2011*

15 points	P8717 Urban Space and Health P8737 Emerging Topics in Urbanism & the Built Environment (1-3)*
	Choose two of the following four P8750 Race and Health P8762 Chronic Disease and Community Health P8773 Social History of American Public Health PLA4319 Introduction to Environmental Planning PLA4112 History of urbanization and physical structure of cities
	General Elective (3-5)*
	*If less than 3 credits in P8737, the difference is made up with general elective credit.

In addition to completing their Urbanism and the Built Environment track requirements, all MPH students must fulfill the Department-wide and School-wide MPH course requirements.

*Note for Prospective Applicants: Beginning in the Fall 2012, the School is moving to a new Certificate program.
